Purchases and Payment

You must provide complete and accurate details when making a purchase. The Karma Label is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at the time of purchase. Additional expenses incurred in correcting such errors are the customer's responsibility. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for any errors made by third-party carriers.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. The Karma Label is not responsible for currency conversion rates and bank charges applied by your bank.

We reserve the right to change prices on the Website without notice.

Payment processing is offered through PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website during checkout to select your payment method. A PayPal account is not required to shop with The Karma Label.

Upon receipt of payment, an invoice confirming the order will be emailed to you. Some orders may undergo fraud checks by our Customer Care team, and you may be required to provide additional identification or information to verify the transaction.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays in Queensland, AU. Dispatch times may vary based on product availability, and delivery time estimates are provided as estimates only and subject to delays.
