Your journey with us begins as soon as you place your order. We meticulously process and pack all orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. For those who order before 2pm (AET) from Monday to Friday, your package will be dispatched on the same day. During peak periods, such as holidays, a minor postal delay may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To expedite the shipping process, please ensure that you provide your complete name, including both first and last names, during checkout. This will help prevent any potential postal delays.
Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days (24 - 48 hours) from our location on the beautiful Gold Coast, AU. We recommend selecting the express shipping handling option if you wish to prioritize your order above all other standard orders.
Upon the creation of your shipping label, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information. For orders valued at $250 or more, please be aware that a signature will be required upon receipt to prevent any potential package theft.

As your order is prepared and leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email containing your tracking details. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.
