Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for us to process your return.

Q: An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

A: Typically, it takes 6 - 8 weeks for items to restock. However, we cannot guarantee that the item will restock.

Q: My shipment is delayed or missing!

A: We apologize for any inconvenience. Sometimes mail carriers experience delays that are beyond our control. While we strive to ship orders promptly, once the carrier takes possession, we have no control over their operations. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to address any shipment questions.
